Multi-view Learning, Time-series modelling

My work broadly focuses on developing and implementing analytic strategies to make sense of large medical, genetic, and molecular datasets derived from aetiologically and clinically complex multifactorial diseases. In particular, I’m interested in extending multi-view machine learning techniques to leverage sequence variation, non-genetic antecedent risk factors, and molecular signatures to understand disease pathophysiology. I’m supervised by Profs Mark McCarthy and Chris Holmes.
