I’m a postdoc with Chris Holmes investigating host pathogen interaction in the context of Hepatitis C virus.
I studied Engineering in Oxford and spent a year in Princeton where I worked on the within patient dynamics and optimisation of treatment regimen for HIV. For my DPhil, I cam back to Oxford (Statistics Department) and worked on modelling recombination process in bacteria and inferring its properties and inferring the evolution of phenotype distribution on a phylogenetic tree. After my DPhil, I was a James Martin fellow in chronic infections, working on precision medicine for HCV. Recently I have been employed to work with STOP-HCV consortium on stratified medicine for HCV.
