I am a postdoc at Wellcome Centre for Human Genetics and Department of Statistics of University of Oxford. My research interests revolve around a variety of topics in machine learning, particularly those involving kernel methods for structured data and sparsity regularization methods. This includes their theoretical underpinnings, novel methodology, and data-driven applications especially in computational genomics.
